ScreenConnect Customization & Consulting

Package 1(Customer provided logos and system tray icons): $150.00 USD

Customer will provide logo and system tray icons in PNG format. Tray icon sizes must either be vector based or be provided in 16×16 systray, 32×32, 16×16 systray blank, 22×22 mac, 16×16 title bar.

1-Theme customized with customer provided logo and custom colors and string branding to customers name.

1-String branding of client strings, colors and customer provided icons.

Package 2(DataComm Created Logo and Icons): $350.00 USD

DataComm will create logo and system tray icons in PNG format. Tray icon sizes will be provided in 16×16 systray, 32×32, 16×16 systray blank, 22×22 mac, 16×16 title bar.

Extras:

Each additional theme customization – $100.00 USD

Terms:

1/2 payment due upon acceptance, 1/2 payment due upon completion. Remote access to ScreenConnect server may be required to complete appearance changes. As product updates release there may be more available customization strings. Any of these updates that need to be performed after initial theme customization require a charge of $95 per hour 1/2 hour minimum. Please note: we do not perform any code customization to backend pages that may require recompiling. This service only brands the product based on customer facing provided resource strings and logo’s provided by the ScreenConnect team.

Consultation for installation and configuration of ScreenConnect server instances also available at a rate of $95 per hour.

ScreenConnect Hosting

Shared Server Install: $14.00/month USD Per ScreenConnect concurrent license.

We will install a basic ScreenConnect server for you using your license provided. All server maintenance is included. You will not have access to any of the raw files on the server only access to your ScreenConnect installation. If you need us to add templates, add SSL certificates or other maintenance on the ScreenConnect installation this is included as well.

Please note this type of hosting will not allow extended auditing or server storage of video captures because of it’s high resource usage. If you need this kind of auditing functionality please contact us to discuss your options.
