Due to a rule error that propagated for 13 minutes the afternoon of April 24th at 12:52pm CST, good applications were mistakenly categorized as malware. This has created many false positives across the affected systems and has resulted in those applications being quarantined and unable to function. Webroot has corrected the issue but there is a backlog of commands waiting to be executed. We immediately noticed this happening and started disabling mealtime protection to minimize the impact. All systems are now fully functional and if you continue to have any problems please contact support.
